How Authentically Me Was Born

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD. And while it answered a lot of questions, it also opened up a whole new journey of self-discovery. Navigating life through a new lens wasn’t always easy, but somewhere along the way, Authentically Me was born.
This little dream of mine started as a way to channel the chaos, the creativity, the overwhelm, and the wonder that comes with being neurodivergent. I wanted to shift the narrative to show the beauty and power in thinking differently. To create something that felt meaningful. To leave even the smallest footprint in this world that says, “I was here, and this mattered.”
I wasn’t sure at first where I was going with it. And truthfully, I still don’t have it all figured out. But I’ve come to realize that’s okay. This brand, this space, is a reflection of the very real, very raw process of embracing who I am – fully and unapologetically.
Authentically Me is more than a name. It’s a safe space. A creative outlet. A little piece of my heart. And if it resonates with you, if it makes you feel a little more seen, a little more understood, then that means everything.
This has been years in the making. It’s taken time, healing, growth, and more than a few messy moments to get here – but I’m finally bringing it to life. And I’m so incredibly grateful you’re part of this journey with me. ♡
